These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use Sligge's website, client portal, or presentation design services.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sligge's website, client portal, and presentation design services.
Sligge is operated by Sligge LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By requesting, ordering, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any project-specific terms, quote, or order details presented to you.
2. Our services
Sligge provides presentation design and related creative services. The exact scope of a project depends on the service, brief, quote, order, and other project information agreed between you and Sligge.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, our role is to provide design services based on the information, content, files, instructions, and materials supplied for the project.
3. Orders and quotes
You may start a project through our ordering process or request a custom quote where the project requires a tailored scope.
A quote or order may specify the project scope, price, estimated delivery, deliverables, and other relevant requirements. Project-specific information presented or agreed as part of an order or quote forms part of the agreement for that project.
If the requested scope changes after a project has started, additional work may require a separate fee, updated delivery schedule, or additional approval.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, instructions, content, and files reasonably required for us to perform the services.
You are also responsible for:
- Reviewing the information and materials you provide to us.
- Providing feedback and approvals reasonably required to progress the project.
- Ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide content, images, trademarks, data, documents, and other materials to Sligge.
- Checking final presentation content for accuracy before publication, distribution, or use.
5. Content and project materials
You retain responsibility for the content and materials you provide for a project. By providing material to Sligge, you confirm that you are authorised to provide and use that material for the project.
We may make formatting, layout, and visual presentation changes as part of the design process. We will not intentionally make substantive changes to your underlying message or factual content unless that work forms part of the agreed service.
6. Project timelines
Delivery dates and turnaround times may be provided as part of an order, quote, or project schedule.
Timely delivery may depend on receiving the required content, files, feedback, approvals, and other information from you. A delay in receiving required material or feedback may affect the project schedule.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect delivery, we will take reasonable steps to communicate any material impact on the project.
7. Reviews and revisions
Where revisions are included in a project, you may submit feedback through the review process provided for that project.
The revisions included, where applicable, are determined by the relevant service, quote, order, or project scope.
Requests that materially change the original brief, introduce substantial new content, or expand the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require an additional charge.
8. Additional work
During a project, you may request work outside the original scope. Sligge may provide a separate price or additional work request for that work.
Additional work will not form part of the original project scope unless it is accepted through the applicable approval or payment process.
9. Prices and payments
Prices applicable to a project are shown during the ordering process, provided in a quote, or otherwise agreed with you before the relevant paid work is undertaken.
Payment requirements may vary depending on the service or project. Where payment is required before work begins, the project may not enter production until the required payment has been received.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the project status, service purchased, work already completed, and other circumstances relevant to the order.
The applicable rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy11. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you already hold in the content and materials you provide to Sligge.
Rights in work created by Sligge for a project may be subject to the applicable order, quote, payment status, third-party licences, and any project-specific agreement.
Third-party materials, including fonts, stock assets, software, templates, or other licensed resources, may remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.
12. Confidentiality
We understand that presentation projects may contain confidential or commercially sensitive information. We take reasonable care when handling project information and use it for the purpose of providing and operating our services.
Where separate confidentiality terms or a non-disclosure agreement have been agreed for a project, those terms also apply.
13. Third-party services
Our website, client portal, or services may depend on third-party platforms, infrastructure, payment providers, file services, or other external services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Service availability
We aim to keep our website and client portal available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may need to modify, maintain, suspend, or update parts of the website or client portal for security, maintenance, operational, or technical reasons.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sligge is not responsible for losses caused by information, instructions, content, or materials supplied by you or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving final materials before relying on, publishing, presenting, or distributing them.
16. Acceptable use
You must not misuse our website, client portal, accounts, upload systems, or other services.
You must not knowingly use our services to upload or distribute unlawful material, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a service or project where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, unlawful use, serious misuse, security concerns, or a material breach of applicable terms. Any outstanding rights and obligations will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
19. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Sligge LTD and the relevant agreement, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.
