This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for presentation design services provided by Sligge LTD.
1. About this policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for presentation design services provided by Sligge LTD.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any project-specific order, quote, or agreement that applies to your project.
2. Cancelling a project
If you want to cancel a project, please contact Sligge as soon as possible.
Whether a project can be cancelled and whether any refund may be available depends on the status of the project, the work already completed, and any costs or commitments already incurred in connection with the project.
3. Before work starts
If you request cancellation before substantive work on the project has started, we will review the request based on the status of the order and any work, processing, or costs already incurred.
4. After work has started
Once work has started, cancellation does not automatically result in a full refund.
When considering a cancellation or refund request, we may take into account work already performed, project preparation, design work, revisions, project management, third-party costs, and other work reasonably carried out for the project.
5. Completed work
A project that has been completed, approved, or delivered will generally not be treated in the same way as a project that has not yet entered production.
Any request relating to completed work will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the project, the agreed scope, and any rights that apply under applicable law.
6. Revisions and design feedback
A request for a revision is not automatically a request for a refund. Where revisions are included within the agreed project scope, feedback should normally be submitted through the applicable review process.
Requests that materially change the original brief or introduce new work may be treated as additional work rather than a revision.
7. Change of mind
If you change your mind about a project after ordering, any cancellation or refund request will be considered based on the project status and the work already undertaken. A change of mind does not automatically entitle you to a full refund once work has begun.
8. Client delays
Project progress may depend on you providing content, files, feedback, approvals, or other information.
A delay caused by missing information, delayed feedback, or other client-side dependencies does not by itself constitute a cancellation by Sligge or automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
9. Additional work
Additional work requested outside the original project scope may be priced and approved separately.
Cancellation of additional work will be considered based on its own status and the amount of work already performed in relation to that request.
10. Scheduling and delivery
Estimated delivery dates may depend on the project scope, timely receipt of required materials, feedback, and other project dependencies.
Where a schedule changes, we will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes affecting delivery. A schedule change does not automatically result in a refund.
11. If Sligge cannot complete a project
If Sligge is unable to complete an agreed project, we will review the circumstances, the work already completed, amounts paid, and any applicable legal obligations to determine the appropriate resolution.
12. Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using an appropriate available payment method. The method and processing time may depend on the original transaction and the payment provider involved.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to make a processed refund visible in your account.
13. Payment provider processing
Payments and refunds may be processed through third-party payment providers. Processing times, currency conversion, banking delays, and other payment processing matters may be subject to the provider's own systems and terms.
14. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory rights or remedies that you may have under applicable law.
15. Requesting a cancellation or refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact Sligge and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant project or order.
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to review the request and determine the current status of the project.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
